“Phuma Langa sikothe” (Come out sunshine let people long for your presence)

Platinum and horn ring with champagne stones

"Phuma langa sikothe" (come out sunshine; let people long for your presence). Like cow horns, you are brave, fearless, and bold. Like platinum, you are unbreakable, and beautiful, and hold high value both as a noble metal and a cultural symbol.

With this piece, my intention is to honor women for the light and warmth they bring. The cow horns symbolize the beauty of Zulu culture, where men bring cows as a bride prize to pledge and seek a woman's hand in marriage, thus bringing warmth to their family. The value of cattle represents wealth and holds significance in larger pan-African cultures, making it a universal symbol. Additionally, the horn can be worn comfortably by people with delicate skin due to its non-allergenic properties.

This unique piece will undoubtedly capture attention, embodying a blissful quality that creates lasting and treasured memories, connecting the wearer to their roots and providing a comforting touch of home.
