Horns Pressed Flat Using a Vulcanizing Machine

     The above images show the process I implied in order to flatten the horns. Firstly I used a wood-cutting machine to split the horn in two then I boiled the horns using a tin and an annealing torch until they are soft. I then put the horns in the vulcanizing machine while they are still hot from boiling so it is easier for them to be pressed. I pressed each side of the horn for 30 seconds to avoid burning it.
